💪 Support Sessions — We've Got You
ShyftOff runs live support sessions throughout the Coursework and Pre-Production phases. These sessions are designed to:
- • Bridge any gaps in your training and help you understand tricky topics.
- • Tackle technical issues so you're not stuck troubleshooting alone.
- • Build your confidence before and during your first live calls.
Some sessions include your first time taking actual calls with a trainer or support person listening in. They're right there to guide you and assist you in the moment.
You will not be thrown into calls alone. Your first calls are a supported, guided experience.

🎓 Live Support Sessions
ShyftOff runs live support sessions throughout the Coursework and Pre-Production phases. Attend them — they're there for you! Your first calls are a supported, guided experience.
💡 Set Up Your Rocket Relay Profile
Please update your Rocket Relay display name to your real first and last name. No nicknames, no abbreviations, no initials — your actual legal first and last name.
How: Open Rocket Relay → bottom-left corner → Account → Display Name → update to your full name.

Opt In
When you sign up for the NationsBenefits campaign within ShyftOff.
Background Check
A required screening processed by Yardstik. Does not need to be completed before starting coursework.
Certification Course
The main training course you complete to learn how to handle NationsBenefits calls. Completing this triggers your credential request and places you on the list for credentials.
Credential Request
The process where your NationsBenefits login is requested after you complete certification.
Credentials
Your NationsBenefits username and password — used to log into their systems.
Pre-Production
The phase after receiving credentials where you complete the Pre-Production course (your primary setup guide), Litmos trainings, and system access checks.
Pre-Production Course
Your primary guide for setting up all the NationsBenefits systems and tools you'll use.
Navigation Meeting
A required guided session that walks you through the NationsBenefits systems. Must be completed after Pre-Production before moving to Production.
Production
You're live and actively taking calls for NationsBenefits.
When I Work
The scheduling app where you view and pick up available shifts.
Litmos
The platform where you complete security, compliance, and additional training courses.
Rocket Relay
The messaging app where you communicate with the ShyftOff team and other agents. You'll see rooms for Certification, Pre-Production, and Production in the NationsBenefits campaign.
Ready to Learn (RTL)
A status that means you're eligible and ready to begin coursework.
